LATEST UPDATES ON THE RECOVERY WORK IN HARTSOP
Hartsop suffered significant damage from both the overflow of Hayeswater Gill and Brotherswater itself. There was damage in the village and on the road, as well as significant damage to the farmland from Kirkstone down to Hartsop. Progress has been made in sorting out the but there is much still to do, especially to protect the main road from future flood damage.
